Turn prize possessions and family heirlooms into one of a kind modern art photographs.
We at The Heirloomist are officially convinced that culinary and craft personality Paul Lowe lives up to the title of the magazine he founded, Sweet Paul.
Our Heirloom of the Week is a lead Michelin Man mold chosen from his collection.
“The Michelin man has intrigued me ever since I was a kid. I found him very comforting and safe, like a jolly santa,” he said. Paul found the one pictured in Paris. It dates back to the 1940’s.
These days, the Michelin man sits on Paul’s night stand. “He watches over me.”
Paul and the staff at Sweet Paul magazine were early supporters of The Heirloomist and we couldn’t be more grateful. After all, the magazine’s motto is “chasing the sweet things in life”.
Thank you for contributing, Paul! You can find his magazine at Barnes and Noble or head over to www.sweetpaulmag.com for great reads on crafts, food, and decor.
